Customers with an address in the Netherlands and Belgium may exchange goods within 14 days of receipt. For this you can use the exchange voucher ('Ruilbon'), which you have received with your order.
Items can only be exchanged for the same item in another colour or size (if in stock). Postage/shipping costs for returning goods are at your expense. Oililyshop.com  can only re-send an item free of charge once per order. For more information, please refer to the paragraph  'Exchange and Return' in the General Terms.
